The following unit addresses are scheduled to be painted this spring & summer beginning with the start of warm weather and continuing until complete:
Pre-painting carpentry & siding preparations are well underway. Owners are responsible for removing all personal belongings from the deck and safely storing them when they see the advance notice (florescent hangtag) of the start date to paint. The Association and manager are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
