The following adopted Resolutions have been recorded at the Somerset County Clerk's Office and are deemed a part of the Association's Master Deed and By-Laws. At the time of adoption, these Resolutions/Amendments were forwarded, by mail, to every homeowner and tenant.
Copies of each are also available, upon request, from the on-site Manager's office.
