Any prospective purchaser who enters into a subscription and purchase agreement can, as a matter of right, cancel the agreement without cause by delivering written notice of the cancellation to the Developer by midnight of the seventh calendar day following the day on which the agreement is executed, and all monies paid shall be promptly refunded.
