7. Improvements

In addition to the buildings, Units, parking areas, sidewalks, internal drives and other site improvements discussed in Section 3 of this Public Offering Statement, certain common recreation facilities will be constructed for the use of all Unit Owners. If built as planned, these facilities would include a sixteen hundred (1600) square foot swimming pool, four (4) regulation-sized tennis courts, and a nineteen hundred (1900) square foot Club House building. As presently contemplated, the Club House building would house the pool equipment, general maintenance equipment and office, as well as men's and ladies' rest rooms. The proposed location of these improvements is shown on the Site Plan. The Developer anticipates completion of the recreational amenities no later than upon the completion of the three hundredth (300th) Unit in the Condominium.
