Article II, General Description of Condominium


2.01 - The Condominium. The Condominium will include the lands described in Exhibit A aforesaid consisting of approximately 212 acres in the aggregate, Units of varying types to be located in 113 Buildings, together with all parking areas and all other site improvements as shown on Exhibits 3 and C aforesaid, and all rights, privileges, roads, waters and appurtenances thereto belonging or appertaining. Each Unit is designated by number and unit type as shown on Exhibits B and C.

2.02 - Recordation of the Master Deed. Developer shall, upon the recording of this Master Deed and any Amendment hereto, be the owner of every Unit within the Condominium, including its appurtenant percentage interest in the Common Elements, regardless of type, and shall have the right to sell and convey, lease, or otherwise dispose of each such Unit as it may deem appropriate in its sole discretion.
