Cedars Development Corporation of New Jersey (The "Developer") will construct one hundred and six (106) Units restricted to occupancy by households meeting certain low and moderate income criteria within a development located in Bernards Township, Somerset County, New Jersey to be known as The Cedars, A Condominium (the "Project"). The Project is located on the property described in Exhibit A of the Master Deed for the Project (the "Master Deed"). These Units will be owned and occupied as described further in this Affordable Housing Plan (hereafter, the "Plan"), which is Exhibit G to the aforesaid Master Deed.
