By this Agreement, the Seller agrees to sell to the Buyer and the Buyer agrees to buy from the Seller, the Condominium Unit #________ (the "Unit"), along with the Unit's interest in the Common Elements of the Condominium.
The Condominium Units and Common Elements of the development are shown on a document entitled "MASTER DEED OF THE CEDARS, A CONDOMINIUM", which is or is about to be filed in the Somerset County Clerk's Office.
By way of general description, the Unit consists of fee simple ownership of the air space within the Condominium Unit. The appurtenant rights in and to the Common Elements described in the Master Deed consists of ______% interest in the lands, improvements and appurtenances comprising the Common Elements.
