Any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement and any amendments to this Agreement, either before or after closing of title, shall be heard and determined by arbitration before one (1) arbitrator of the American Arbitration Association in Somerset County. The decision of be final and binding on all parties. The cost of the arbitration shall be paid equally by Seller and Buyer This clause shall survive closing of title.
